You should serve homeowners in or near Portland, OR, or elsewhere in the Portland area.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. Providers in our network should do these things.

• Hold the licenses and insurance Oregon requires.
• Explain the problem in plain words.
• Give a written quote before work starts.
• Be honest about availability. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
• Treat each homeowner with respect.

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide costs.

What Homeowners Value

Most people just want a clear answer. They like a provider who shows up when planned, explains each step and keeps the price in line with the written quote. If the plan changes, tell the homeowner why before you go on.
